Shipping policy

Shipping rates are a flat $12 on orders under $150, and FREE on all orders over $150. (During some promotions on the website, you will get a discount on postage. The highest unified shipping fee on the website is shown here.)

Based on our own business planning and operating strategies, our company hereby solemnly declares that our current logistics services do not cover Iran, Sudan, Syria, North Korea, Cuba and Islamic countries.

All packages are shipped in discrete, non-marked packaging. Only YOU will be excited to see it!

We have thousands of products available and ready to ship. The stock levels on our web site are updated with the warehouse daily, so if it's showing in stock on the web site, it's on the shelf ready to ship, and you will receive your order promptly.

Purchases made by 3pm weekdays will generally ship within 24 hours.Once your order is completed, we will send you the tracking information in a Shipping Confirmation email.

The approximate logistics time is 7 to 10 working days.  During this period, your order will be processed and delivered to your designated address. Please note that this is an estimated time and may be subject to certain factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, and transportation availability. We will do our best to ensure your package arrives within this timeframe.
